Deze verklaring beschrijft welke persoonsgegevens Prooijen Consulting verzamelt wanneer u deze website gebruikt, waarom we ze verzamelen, hoe we ze verwerken en welke rechten u heeft onder de Europese Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG / GDPR).

Welke gegevens verzamelen we
Uitsluitend de informatie die u zelf via het contactformulier indient:
- Naam — om u correct aan te spreken in onze reactie
- E-mailadres — om te kunnen antwoorden
- Onderwerp en bericht — om uw vraag of opdracht te begrijpen
We voeren geen webanalyse of gedragstracking uit op deze site. We plaatsen geen advertentiecookies.
Waarvoor we deze gegevens gebruiken
Uw gegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt om op uw vraag te reageren. De inhoud van het formulier wordt als transactionele e-mail verstuurd via Microsoft Azure Communication Services en bewaard in onze gewone e-mailcorrespondentie.
We gebruiken uw gegevens niet voor marketing, profilering of geautomatiseerde besluitvorming, en we verkopen of verhuren ze nooit aan derden.
Rechtsgrond
De verwerking is gebaseerd op ons gerechtvaardigd belang om te reageren op vragen over onze diensten (Art. 6(1)(f) AVG), en op precontractuele stappen op uw verzoek (Art. 6(1)(b) AVG). Wanneer een opdracht volgt, is de verdere verwerking gebaseerd op de uitvoering van de overeenkomst (Art. 6(1)(b) AVG).
Bewaartermijn
Berichten via het contactformulier worden bewaard zolang nodig is om uw vraag en eventuele vervolgopdracht af te handelen, doorgaans tot 24 maanden na het laatste contact. Daarna wordt de e-mail rollend verwijderd. Voor lopende of afgesloten opdrachten gelden de wettelijke bewaartermijnen (typisch 7 jaar voor facturatiegegevens in België).
Waar uw gegevens worden opgeslagen
Alle hosting- en e-mailinfrastructuur draait in Microsoft Azure, West-Europa (Nederland). Uw gegevens verlaten de EU/EER niet in normale werking.
Derden
- Cloudflare Turnstile — beschermt het contactformulier tegen geautomatiseerd misbruik en kan beperkte browsermetadata uitlezen om uw sessie te beoordelen. Cloudflare-privacybeleid.
- Microsoft Azure Communication Services — bezorgt uw bericht in onze inbox. Microsoft Privacyverklaring.
- Microsoft Application Insights — wordt server-side gebruikt voor het bewaken van applicatiegezondheid (fouten, responstijden). Persoonsgegevens uit het contactformulier worden hier niet vastgelegd.
Cookies
Deze website plaatst zelf geen cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile kan kortlevende, strikt noodzakelijke cookies plaatsen voor de beveiligingscontrole; deze worden niet gebruikt voor tracking.
Uw rechten
Onder de AVG heeft u het recht om:
- Inzage te vragen in de persoonsgegevens die we van u bewaren
- Onjuiste gegevens te laten corrigeren
- Verwijdering te vragen ("recht om vergeten te worden")
- Uw gegevens in een gangbare vorm over te dragen
- Bezwaar te maken tegen of beperking te vragen van de verwerking
- Uw toestemming te allen tijde in te trekken
- Een klacht in te dienen bij de Belgische Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be)

Wijzigingen in deze verklaring
Bij belangrijke wijzigingen passen we de datum "Laatst bijgewerkt" hierboven aan. Voor vragen kunt u steeds contact opnemen via bovenstaand e-mailadres.

This notice explains what personal data Prooijen Consulting collects when you use this site, why it is collected, how it is processed, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
Only the information you actively submit via the contact form:
- Name — so we can address you in our reply
- Email address — so we can reply
- Subject and message — to understand your request
We do not run web analytics or behavioural tracking on this site. We do not set advertising cookies.
How we use it
The data you submit is used solely to respond to your enquiry. The contents of the form are sent as a transactional email to our inbox via Microsoft Azure Communication Services and stored within our standard email correspondence.
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we never sell or rent it to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where an engagement begins, processing continues on the basis of contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Form submissions are retained for as long as is needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, typically up to 24 months from the last contact. After that the email is deleted on a rolling basis. Records related to active or closed engagements are kept for the legally required retention period (typically 7 years for invoicing data in Belgium).
Where it is stored
All hosting and email infrastructure is in Microsoft Azure, West Europe (Netherlands). Data does not leave the EU/EEA in normal operation.
Third parties
- Cloudflare Turnstile — used to protect the contact form from automated abuse. May read minimal browser metadata to score your session. Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Microsoft Azure Communication Services — used to deliver your form submission to our inbox. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Microsoft Application Insights — used server-side to monitor application health (errors, response times). No personal data is logged from form submissions.
Cookies
This site does not set any cookies of its own. Cloudflare Turnstile may set short-lived cookies strictly necessary for the security check; these are not used for tracking.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Request portability of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be)
